Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Unyx Automations (“Unyx Automations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) builds and runs custom automations, AI agents, and integrations for our clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices deliberately small: we only collect what we need to talk with you and deliver the work you hire us to do.
Information we collect
When you reach out through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to send us, which typically include:
- Your name— so we know who we’re speaking with.
- Your email address — so we can reply to you.
- Your company name (optional) — to understand context.
- Project details— the description of the task or workflow you’d like us to automate.
We do not require you to create an account to contact us, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions.
- Scope, quote, and deliver the automation services you request.
- Communicate with you about your project, including updates and support.
- Keep simple records of work performed for invoicing and follow-up.
We do not use your information for unrelated advertising, and we will not send you marketing emails you did not ask for.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop. Your project details and contact information are used to serve you, not to be packaged or resold.
Third-party services
To run our business and deliver your project, we rely on a small set of trusted service providers who process limited information on our behalf:
- Payment processing — payments are handled by Stripe. When you pay for a project, your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Email delivery — we use an email service provider to receive and respond to inquiries and to send project-related messages.
These providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments and only receive the information necessary to perform their function.
Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies — essentially none beyond what is strictly necessary for the site to load and function. We do not run invasive cross-site advertising trackers. Any cookies present are limited to keeping the site working as intended.
Data retention
We keep your contact and project information only as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, and meet basic legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your data sooner, and we will honor that request unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
To exercise any of these rights, just email us — see below. We don’t make you jump through hoops.
Security
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and limit access to those who need it to serve you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
