Terms of Service

Our services

Unyx Automations designs, builds, and runs custom workflow automations, AI agents, and integrations between the tools and platforms you already use. Each engagement is scoped to the specific task or workflow you ask us to automate. The exact deliverable is defined in writing (by email or quote) before work begins.

Pricing and quotes

We work on flat, per-project fees. Before any work starts, we quote you a fixed price for the agreed scope. That price is what you pay for that project — no surprise hourly charges and no hidden add-ons. If the scope changes, we’ll quote the change before doing it.

Payment terms

You are charged on a per-project basis for the work you commission. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Depending on the project, payment may be due before work begins, on delivery, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Unyx Automations does not store your full payment card details. Any refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Deliverable ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the delivered automation — the workflow, configuration, and any custom logic we built for you. You also retain full ownership and control of your own accounts, credentials, and data at all times. We never claim ownership of your accounts, your customer data, or your business. We may reuse our own general know-how, generic techniques, and non-client-specific building blocks on other projects.

Revisions and tweak window

After we deliver a project, you get a revision window to make sure it works the way it should. During this window we’ll fix issues and make reasonable tweaks within the original scope at no extra charge. Requests that go beyond the original scope are treated as new work and quoted separately. The length of the tweak window is stated at the time we agree on the project.

No guarantee of specific business outcomes

We build automations that do what we agreed they would do. We do not guarantee any specific business result — such as a particular amount of revenue, leads, time saved, growth, or any other downstream outcome. Automation is a tool; results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, inputs, and how the automation is used.

Third-party tools and subscriptions

Your automations may run on or connect to third-party platforms and services (for example, the apps, APIs, and AI providers your workflow uses). Any subscriptions, usage fees, API costs, or accounts required with those third parties are your responsibility and are billed to you by those providers directly. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or discontinued services that may affect your automation.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services and any deliverables lawfully and not to ask us to build anything intended to deceive, harm others, violate third-party terms of service, or break the law. We may decline or stop work that we believe is unlawful or abusive.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unyx Automations’ total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from the use of, or inability to use, any deliverable or third-party service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state in which Unyx Automations operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
